The Tribe

The biggest problem around the world in getting along with others is people tend to gravitate back to their primal instinct of belonging to a tribe. This urge causes backward progress, loss of individualism, prevents world harmony, and creates conflict.

The tribal society in its self, banishes those who look outside the tribe for friendship, companionship or self improvement. Hence advancement of all members stagnates and alienation grows.

Tribe against tribe, black against white, Muslim against Christian, Etc.

Don’t Talk About

What blacks don’t talk about in the Martin incident:

Could have been back at his fathers home 1 minute after being seen by Zimmerman.

Autopsy showed marijuana in his system.

Cell phone shows he was fascinated with fighting.

The missing 4 minutes that Zimmerman lost track of him, Martin could have run around the entire complex twice.

Cell phone showed picture of a gun that Martin admired.

Martin had a history of fighting.

Martin was far from a honor role student.

Martin was expelled from school on 1 or 2 occasions.

Unsolved Crimes

Law enforcement agencies across the country have millions of unsolved crimes of which many hours are spent periodically looking into them. Why can’t they have funeral directors take a DNA sample from all dead people and send it to the FBI for entry into the CODIS system?

Think about all the hours that are wasted by law enforcement and how good it would be to the families of the crime victims to have closure.

Kids Education?

Backwards we go;  30% of today’s high school graduates can not construct a 2 paragraph page letter, that is grammatically correct. When you add in that >20% of the kids never graduate high school, is when the numbers get really scary.

What all these numbers translate to is there will be more Have Nots then Haves in the future. We will have to subsidize the have nots with tax dollars.

We Need Another Law

We need a law that would put someone in jail for 5 years minimum, if they threaten or cause unprovoked physical violence against another person. Age, education level or particular race against race would not be a defense.

Then these punks, thugs, druggies, and gangs members will either learn what freedom is all about or they will spend their lives in jail.

When we have whole cities that police won’t patrol the city without another officer in the car with them, Or, they won’t respond to a call for help until another vehicle arrives to assist.

Something is wrong in America!

Stand Your Ground

Let’s see, Holder thinks the stand your ground law is wrong and needs to be removed and your only defense should be to run away from a attacker!

Now put your C.H.L. mother, daughter or 21 year old fat son in a situation where are being robbed,  or accosted by a big man with a knife. The last thing they should do, is turn their back to the perpetrator and try to run away.

The blame game that our politicians play in order to cover their tails is killing progress in this country. Rather than blame the other party or the president they need to bring dereliction of duty charges against the people they are blaming, do something about it and not cry about it.

New Law?

I have come up with a new law, like we don’t have enough of them, but this one makes sense. Make it a law that 50% of an individual’s face must be visible at all times when out in public, including eyes, nose and mouth. Exceptions can be established for when engaged in sports, medical conditions and whatever.

The Future

Commit Any Felonies Lately?

No? Militarized cops might attack you for buying bottled water or shoot your dog anyway.

According to the Charlottesville Daily Progress, shortly after 10 p.m. on April 11, the 20-year-old U.Va. student bought ice cream, cookie dough and a carton of LaCroix sparkling water from the Harris Teeter grocery store at the popular Barracks Road Shopping Center. In the parking lot, a half-dozen men and a woman approached her car, flashing some kind of badges. One jumped on the hood. Another drew a gun. Others started trying to break the windows. Daly understandably panicked. With her roommate in the passenger seat yelling “Go, go, go!” Daly drove off, hoping to reach the nearest police station. The women dialed 911. Then a vehicle with lights and sirens pulled them over, and the situation clarified: The persons who had swarmed Daly’s vehicle were plainclothes agents of the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The agents had thought the sparkling water was a 12-pack of beer. Did the ABC’s enforcers apologize? Not in the slightest. They charged Daly with three felonies: two for assaulting an officer (her vehicle had grazed two agents; neither was hurt) and one for eluding the police. Last week, the commonwealth’s attorney dropped the charges. The agents’ excessive display of force is outrageously disproportionate to the offense they mistakenly thought they witnessed: an underage purchase of alcohol. But in a sense, Daly got off easy. A couple weeks after her ordeal, a 61-year-old man in Tennessee was killed when the police executed a drug raid on the wrong house. A few weeks later, in another wrong-house raid, police officers killed a dog belonging to an Army veteran. These are not isolated incidents; for more information, visit the interactive map at www.cato.org/raidmap. They are, however, part and parcel of two broader phenomena. One is the militarization of domestic law enforcement. In recent years police departments have widely adopted military tactics, military equipment (armored personnel carriers, flashbang grenades) – and, sometimes, the mindset of military conquerors rather than domestic peace-keepers. The other phenomenon is the increasing degree to which civilians are subject to criminal prosecution for non-criminal acts – including exercising the constitutionally protected right to free speech. Last week A. J. Martin was arrested in Harrisburg, Penn., for writing in chalk on the sidewalk. Martin was participating in a health-care demonstration outside Gov. Tom Corbett’s residence when he wrote, “Governor Corbett has health insurance, we should too.” Authorities charged Martin with writing “a derogatory remark about the governor on the sidewalk.” The horror. This follows the case of Jeff Olson, who chalked messages such as “Stop big banks” outside branches of Bank of America last year. Law professor Jonathan Turley reports that prosecutors brought 13 vandalism charges against him. Moreover, the judge in the case recently prohibited Olson’s attorney from “mentioning the First Amendment, free speech,” or anything like them during the trial. In Texas last month, a woman was arrested for asking to see a warrant for the arrest of her 11-year-old son. “She spent the night in jail while her son was left at home,” reports Fox34 News. The son never was arrested. Also in Texas, Justin Carter has spent months in jail – and faces eight years more –for making an admittedly atrocious joke about shooting up a school in an online chat. Though he was plainly kidding, authorities charged him with making a terrorist threat. Federal prosecutors also recently used an anti-terrorism measure to seize almost $70,000 from the owners of a Maryland dairy. Randy and Karen Sowers had made several bank deposits of just under $10,000 to avoid the headache of filing federal reports required for sums over that amount. The feds charged them with unlawful “structuring.” Last week they settled the case. Authorities kept half their money to teach them a lesson. “I broke the law yesterday,” writes George Mason economics professor Alex Tabarrok, “and I probably will break the law tomorrow. Don’t mistake me, I have done nothing wrong. I don’t even know what laws I have broken. . . . It’s hard for anyone to live today without breaking the law. Doubt me? Have you ever thrown out some junk mail that . . . was addressed to someone else? That’s a violation of federal law punishable by up to five years in prison.” Tabarrok notes that lawyer Harvey Silvergate believes the typical American commits Three Felonies a Day – the title of Silvergate’s book on the subject. As The Wall Street Journal has reported, lawmakers in Washington have greatly eroded the notion of mens rea – the principle that you need criminal intent in order to commit a crime. Thanks to a proliferating number of obscure offenses, Americans now resemble the condemned souls in Jonathan Edwards’ “Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God” – spared from perdition only by the temporary forbearance of those who sit in judgment. “What once might have been considered simply a mistake,” the Journal explains, is now “punishable by jail time.” And as 20-year-old Elizabeth Daly has now learned, you can go to jail even when the person making the mistake wasn’t you. This article originally appeared in the Richmond Times-Dispatch.

In 1881 a left wing radical Democrat shot James Garfield, President of the United States who later died from the wound. In 1963 a radical left wing socialist shot and killed John F. Kennedy, President of the United States. In 1975 a left wing radical Democrat fired shots at Gerald Ford, President of the United States. In 1983 a registered Democrat shot and wounded Ronald Reagan. In 1984 James Huberty a disgruntled Democrat shot and killed 22 people in a McDonalds restaurant. In 1986 Patrick Sherril a disgruntled Democrat shot and killed 15 people in an Oklahoma post office. In 1990 James Pough a disgruntled Democrat shot and killed 10 people at a GMAC office. In 1991 George Hennard a disgruntled Democrat shot and killed 23 people in a Lubys cafeteria. In 1995 James Daniel Simpson a disgruntled Democrat shot and killed 5 coworkers in a Texas laboratory. In 1999 Larry Asbrook a disgruntled Democrat shot and killed 8 people at a church service. In 2001 a left wing radical Democrat fired shots at the White House in a failed attempt to kill George W. Bush, President of the US. In 2003 Douglas Williams a disgruntled Democrat shot and killed 7 people at a Lockheed Martin plant. In 2007 a registered Democrat named Seung – Hui Cho shot and killed 32 people in Virginia Tech . In 2010 a mentally ill registered Democrat named Jared Lee Loughner shot Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and killed 6 others. In 2011 a registered Democrat named James Holmes went into a movie theater and shot and killed 12 people. In 2012 Andrew Engeldinger a disgruntled Democrat shot and killed 7 people in Minneapolis. In 2013 a registered Democrat named Adam Lanza shot and killed 26 people in a school. One could go on, but you get the point, even if the media does not. Clearly, there is a problem with Democrats and guns. No NRA member, Tea Party member, or Republican conservatives are involved. SOLUTION: It should be illegal for Democrats to own guns. Best idea I’ve seen.

The Pledge Is Comming

We are a short time away from the following pledge to be standard hiring practice for the government.

By accepting this Federal Job, I promise to vote Democratic in all State, Local and Federal elections, so help me G_D.

As USA Today put it in a recent report, some federal workers and congressional staff will be protected from higher interest rates on student debt given the desire among federal lawmakers “to make government jobs more appealing to job candidates who would earn more in the private sector.” There’s so much wrong with the latter that it’s hard to know where to begin. Suffice it to say, efforts to make government work more desirable do major damage to basic economics. […]

So lawmakers voted their staffs and other federal workers sweetheart loan deals on the backs of taxpayers? This vandalizes basic economics simply because the low-risk, negative value-added work of the modern federal government is supposed to be undesirable. Adding insult to injury, the latter has occurred in concert with federal pay that increasingly dwarfs that enjoyed in the private sector despite the truth that a federal job remains the closest thing to ‘lifetime appointment’ that exists in our uncertain world.

It’s bad enough news that student loan debt provided by taxpayers is rising. But truly bothersome is that politicians (they should be required to acknowledge how they voted) have in typical fashion ensured that a national problem won’t impact their own, let alone their ability to attract workers to increasingly serve their needs, as opposed to those of the U.S. taxpayer.

MUM! The System

Do you know that a Federal employee with a classified clearance will go to prison, if he/she reports to the news media that a supervisor is wasting tax payer money.

Fact is, the government uses prison as a way to protect any and all incompetence’s of the working government.

Federal workers receive generous benefits packages and are paid 50-100% more than their private counterparts as a aid in keeping them silent.

That’s why we never hear about the $500. toilet seat, $300. hammer or the $3,500. a day hotel suite.

Wow

“IF YOU CAN’T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER,YOU’VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL
PROBLEM”WRITTEN
BY A 21 YEAR OLD FEMALE  .

This was written by a 21 yr
old female who gets it. It’s her future she’s
worried about and this is how
she feels about the social welfare big
government state that she’s being
forced to live in! These solutions are
just common sense in her opinion.

This was in the Waco Tribune Herald, Waco , TX

PUT ME IN CHARGE
. . .

Put me in charge of food stamps. I’d get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash for
Ding Dongs or Ho Ho’s, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and
beans,
blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away. If you
want
steak and frozen pizza, then get a job.

Put me in charge of
Medicaid. The first thing I’d do is to get women
Norplant birth control
implants or tubal ligations. Then, we’ll test
recipients for drugs, alcohol,
and nicotine. If you want to reproduce or use
drugs, alcohol, or smoke, then
get a job.

Put me in charge of government housing. Ever live in a
military barracks?
You will maintain our property in a clean and good state
of repair. Your
home” will be subject to inspections anytime and possessions
will be
inventoried. If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360, then get a job and
your
own place.

In addition, you will either present a check stub
from a job each week or
you will report to a “government” job. It may be
cleaning the roadways of
trash, painting and repairing public housing,
whatever we find for you. We
will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile
tires and your blasting stereo
and speakers and put that money toward the
“common good..”

Before you write that I’ve violated someone’s rights,
realize that all of
the above is voluntary. If you want our money, accept our
rules. Before you
say that this would be “demeaning” and ruin their “self
esteem,” consider
that it wasn’t that long ago that taking someone else’s
money for doing
absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem.

If we are expected to pay for other people’s mistakes we should at
least
attempt to make them learn from their bad choices. The current
system
rewards them for continuing to make bad choices.

AND While you
are on Gov’t subsistence, you no longer can VOTE! Yes, that is
correct. For
you to vote would be a conflict of interest. You will
voluntarily remove
yourself from voting while you are receiving a Gov’t
welfare check. If you
want to vote, then get a job.

Monopoly

Could a monopoly is this day and age exist in the home insurance industry?

I recently went home insurance shopping for a home I purchased under market value. The 1,900 square foot home cost me $100,000. and I wanted to insure it for $120,000.

I got quotes from 5 different companies and none of them would insure for less than $161,000., even though I was willing to accept a $120,000. is case of a total loss.

The strange part of this exercise is that all the companies value the house at $161,000. and none would write a policy for less. Does this reek of collusion?

Police/Authorities

Is it just me or do others notice a significant increase authorities challenging people on stupid stuff and locking them up for a day and then dropping charges. In some cases, threatening to press charges and seek prison time unless the arrested sign a release.

Seems even when they make a mistake and detain/pull over someone that has not broken any law, if those people question the officer they trump up charges like obstructing.

Is this a power thing or a test as to how far they can push civilization?

Did you ever notice how environmentalists are always outspoken and demanding about the environment, just so, it doesn’t cost THEM anything. It really doesn’t matter how much it costs everyone else to conform to their view of what is good for the world.

CO2, Coal, Plastic and Spotted owls, Whales, Recycle are all their cries/lip service, they could not care less what the financial cost is to everybody else.

When the minority, inflicts undo financial harm on the masses, you are not living free!

Concentrating their energy on China, India and Russia, the worlds largest polluters would be more beneficial. Planting trees, stop using so much electricity, become vegetarian and walk every where would be a better use of their efforts.

Funny BOA

The following might be a clue as to why big banks loose money; $6,000. to wash a sidewalk?

Jeff Olson, the 40-year-old man who is being prosecuted for scrawling anti-megabank messages on sidewalks in water-soluble chalk last year now faces a 13-year jail sentence. A judge has barred his attorney from mentioning freedom of speech during trial.

According to the San Diego Reader, which reported on Tuesday that  a judge had opted to prevent Olson’s attorney from “mentioning the First Amendment, free  speech, free expression, public forum, expressive conduct, or  political speech during the trial,” Olson must now stand  trial for on 13 counts of vandalism.

In addition to possibly spending years in jail, Olson will also  be held liable for fines of up to $13,000 over the anti-big-bank  slogans that were left using washable children’s chalk on a  sidewalk outside of three San Diego, California branches of Bank  of America, the massive conglomerate that received $45 billion in  interest-free loans from the US government in 2008-2009 in a bid  to keep it solvent after bad bets went south.

The Reader reports that Olson’s hearing had gone as poorly as his  attorney might have expected, with Judge Howard Shore, who is  presiding over the case, granting Deputy City Attorney Paige  Hazard’s motion to prohibit attorney Tom Tosdal from mentioning  the United States’ fundamental First Amendment rights.

“The State’s Vandalism Statute  does not mention First Amendment rights,” ruled Judge  Shore on Tuesday.

Upon exiting the courtroom Olson seemed to be in disbelief.

“Oh my gosh,” he said.   “I can’t believe this is  happening.”

Tosdal, who exited the courtroom shortly after his client, seemed  equally bewildered.

“I’ve never heard that before,  that a court can prohibit an argument of First Amendment  rights,” said Tosdal.

Olson, who worked as a former staffer for a US Senator from  Washington state, was said to involve himself in political  activism in tandem with the growth of the Occupy Wall Street  movement.

On October 3, 2011, Olson first appeared outside of a Bank of  America branch in San Diego, along with a homemade sign. Eight  days later Olson and his partner, Stephen Daniels, during  preparations for National Bank Transfer Day, the two were  confronted by Darell Freeman, the Vice President of Bank of  America’s Global Corporate Security.

A former police officer, Freeman accused Olson and Daniels of   “running a business outside of the bank,” evidently in reference  to the National Bank Transfer Day activities, which was a  consumer activism initiative that sought to promote Americans to  switch from commercial banks, like Bank of America, to  not-for-profit credit unions.

At the time, Bank of America’s debit card fees were among one of  the triggers that led Occupy Wall Street members to promote the  transfer day.

“It was just an empty  threat,” says Olson of Freeman’s accusations. “He was trying to scare me away. To be  honest, it did at first. I even called my bank and they said he  couldn’t do anything like that.”

Olson continued to protest outside of Bank of America. In  February 2012, he came across a box of chalk at a local pharmacy  and decided to begin leaving his mark with written statements.

“I thought it was a perfect way  to get my message out there. Much better than handing out  leaflets or holding a sign,” says Olson.

Over the course of the next six months Olson visited the Bank of  America branch a few days per week, leaving behind scribbled  slogans such as “Stop big  banks” and “Stop Bank  Blight.com.”

According to Olson, who spoke with local broadcaster KGTV, one  Bank of America branch claimed it had cost $6,000 to clean up the  chalk writing.

Public records obtained by the Reader show that Freeman continued  to pressure members of San Diego’s Gang Unit on behalf of Bank of  America until the matter was forwarded to the City Attorney’s  office.

On April 15, Deputy City Attorney Paige Hazard contacted Freeman  with a response on his persistent queries.

“I wanted to let you know that  we will be filing 13 counts of vandalism as a result of the  incidents you reported,” said Hazard.

Arguments for Olson’s case are set to be heard Wednesday morning,   following jury selection.

Roughly 117,000 Americans double-dipped by cashing unemployment and Social Security disability checks during the height of the jobs crisis, costing taxpayers a combined $856 million in fiscal 2010 according to a government watchdog agency.

The IRS sent more than $46 million in tax refunds to 23,994 “unauthorized” alien workers who all listed the same address in Atlanta, Ga., in 2011, according to an audit report by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA).However, the Atlanta address that received millions of dollars in refunds was not the only address apparently housing thousands of “unauthorized” aliens. In fact, it wasn’t even the only address in Atlanta that was claiming such a situation.

Repost: Border Resolution

Simple when you pull out government thinking!

Build 380 Patrol offices/lodges, 4 thousand square foot buildings, spaced every 5 miles along the Mexican border. Equip each of them with cameras, ground sensors and FLIR systems looking two and a half miles to each side, overlapping the adjacent offices.

Staff each office with 24 border agents on a  24/7 schedule. 4 on duty at all times.

One Time Costs—  <$1 Billion

380 buildings $500,000. ea.= $190 mil

Land 3 acres @ $4,000. per. = $4.5 mil

Furnishing, vehicles and equipment $325,000. per. = $123 mil

Stocks And Investing

The government created retirement accounts that gave hundreds of millions of everyday people tax free/deferred money to put away for their golden years. These IRA’S, 401ks and other account are to good to not participate in and with SSI in question, you would have to be crazy not to.

What no body talks or thinks about, is every year almost a trillion more dollars goes into these accounts. The accounts are limited as to where this money can be placed and most of the account holders elect to use stock brokers to manage their money/accounts.   Bouncing back and forth between bonds and stocks and a new $1,000,000,000. coming in each year what could go wrong? The stocks and bonds have to go up every year as the money has to go somewhere.

Unless, the people get scared, not invest it, leaving it in cash waiting for signs that the investing conditions are improving. Remember, brokers make their share of your money by moving it around several times a year (commissions).

Is this all starting to sound like a game? What if everybody used stop loss targets at 1% of the security cost, would there be no market fluctuations more than 1%?

Who makes all those billions of dollars that are lost every day? They say the markets are balanced, for every optimistic buyer their are pessimistic seller’s, does that mean that bad days in the market billionaires are made?

Its No Surprize

Here we go again, one of the largest piece of legislation in the history of America will be voted on and not 1 Senator will have read the entire Bill. ” They will pass it to see what’s in it” Like they have more important things to do? Wait, what is more important then shaping America for our children?

If I sound like a defeatist, it’s because out governing is defeatist!

Obama Cares

Health care is a monopoly, the services the medical community provides, does so without competition. They are governed, educated and operate under a system controlled by their peers.

By controlling the quantity of doctors in the market, they control the prices they can charge.

The term ” HEALTH CARE REFORM ” is being translated by our government into protectionism for the medical and insurance community.

REFORM is not rationing medical services or mandating insurance policies purchases, they only drive costs up. True REFORM is getting the cost down on a 6 hour heart bypass surgery from $225,000. to $35,000.

REFORM is a 3 day hospital stay for $5,000 not $30,000.

The Government can REFORM healthcare and reduce the costs to everybody by 25% in 4 years and stabilize the costs for the future.

The cost to Government would only be $6 billion a year, not $Trillions. $6 bil. a year, for 4 yrs, would pay for the education of 20,000 new medical doctors and an ongoing 5,000 doctors a year thereafter

8 years into this program ($48bil.) we would have 800 additional doctors available for each state.

An alternate to this program could be to build medical colleges ($1bil. each) in every state and operate them for 8 years.

Maybe the Government prefers to protect doctors income at the cost of the tax payer!

Maybe  ”       ”                             ”          ”        Lawyers   ”              ”      ”         ”         ”        “!

Maybe ”        ”                              ”          ”     their Campaign donations ”       “”        ”       “!

Maybe   ”      ”                               ”          ”    The lobbyists                          ”       ”          ”       “?

Here We Go

Using ObamaCare To Create A Permanent Democratic Majority

By BETSY MCCAUGHEY Posted 06/18/2013 05:33 PM ET

If you have to keep it a secret, you probably shouldn’t be doing it.

But the California legislature and the new Covered California health insurance exchange are conspiring to keep secret how they will dole out more than half a billion dollars in taxpayer dollars to contractors. The lion’s share of the money is going for what the exchange budget terms “outreach.”

In truth, the money is going to build Democratic Party enrollment.

The Obama administration granted a whopping $910 million to California to set up its insurance exchange. That money is not for bandages, surgery, nurses and doctors to care for the sick. Nor is it for insurance plans, though $910 million could buy generous coverage for at least 113,000 people!

Shockingly, the $910 million is slated for bureaucracy, including rich compensation packages for exchange employees ($360,000 a year for the executive director) and contracts for computer equipment, public relations and “outreach.”

Outreach is the largest expenditure and where the real monkey business occurs.

Amazingly, California legislators passed a law that the exchange could keep secret for a year who received the contracts and indefinitely how much they were paid. California’s open-records laws would otherwise prohibit such secrecy.

Last week, Republican U.S. Sen. Lamar Alexander of Tennessee and four other Republican senators on the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee called for an investigation of California’s concealing information on contracts awarded using federal taxpayer money.

What is known so far suggests that California politicians are exploiting health reform to enroll millions of the uninsured in the Democratic Party and fill the coffers of left-wing interest groups with taxpayer money.

Here are the facts to back up that cynical picture:

California lawmakers passed a law (Senate Bill 35) requiring that voter registration be part of the health insurance exchange.

Last month, Covered California announced $37 million in grants to 48 organizations to build public awareness about the opening of the health exchange on Oct. 1.

Of the 48 organizations that got grants, only a handful are health-care related. The California NAACP received $600,000 to do door-to-door canvassing and presentations at community organizations.

Service Employees International Union, which says its mission is “economic justice,” received two grants totaling $2 million to make phone calls, robo-calls and go door to door.

The Los Angeles County Federation of Labor AFL-CIO got $1 million for door-to-door, one-on-one education and social networking. It describes its role as “engaging in both organizing and political campaigns, electing pro-union and pro-worker candidates.”

Community Health Councils, a California organization with a long history of political activism against fracking, for-profit hospitals, state budget cuts and oil exploration, got $1 million to conduct presentations at community and neighborhood meetings and one-to-one sessions.

These organizations, closely allied with the Democratic Party, are being funded by your tax dollars to conduct “outreach,” meaning the kind of phone banking and door-to-door canvassing that activists do to turn out the vote. They will turn out the uninsured to enroll on the exchanges and in the Democratic Party.

The $37 million awarded last month is only the first installment of California’s $190.4 million to be spent on contracts for “outreach” through December 2014.

In addition to outreach, California’s actual enrollment process is also outsourced to employees of community organizations, unions and health clinics. These enrollment “assisters” will be paid $58 for each enrollee they sign up. An additional $49 million is budgeted to pay them the first year, but in future years, assisters will be paid out of the premiums collected by the exchange.

The template is repeated in every state. The Obama health law creates a permanent stream of funding for unions and community activists by outsourcing insurance enrollment to them.

Assisters will also guide the uninsured to sign up for whatever non-health social services they may be eligible for, including welfare, food stamps and housing assistance, according to the manual prepared by the Community Health Councils for California’s implementation.

Anyone who remembers the days of James Curley, Boss Tweed and Tammany Hall gets the picture. If you were poor or a newcomer to this country, you went to the local ward boss and got whatever you needed in exchange for your vote.

The difference is that back then, politics was local. Now the Obama health law is institutionalizing this corrupt style of politics across the country. Whether you live in California or New York, local community activists and unions will be recruiting people to enroll in ObamaCare and sign up to be part of the permanent, beholden Democratic voting majority.

Hispanic Rule

Based on the immigration bill being thrown around in the Senate, Hispanics will go from a minority in 2000 to the majority by 2023. This is predicated on no controls being place on the boarder and the recent lack of controls causing a major influx of illegals. It is also projected that Asians and Muslims will triple in population during the same time frame.

Remember this is an equal opportunity bill!

Government That Protects Us

We have a Government that is charged with passing laws to protect all citizens. These laws define how we live each day and guide the nation in one direction for all society is treated fairly.

Now explain to me how Federal workers need Union protection from the Government who is charged with making sure employees are treated fairly! If there was anywhere that Unions should not be required, it would be working for the law enforcer (government). They should be banned from State, Local and federal government jobs!

Politicians, I Beleive

I believe that no matter what a politician believes in, his/her vote for any given bill will be based on keeping their job, and not the bill’s subject. No matter if he/her thinks it will pass or not, make the biggest voting block happy. They love it when they know the other branch of government will vote against it and they get to play with their vote to a particular group.

Stop paying these idiots, make the jobs volunteer, NO remuneration.

I hope this makes sense?

It’s Simple!

Why can’t the Government get things done, Republicans against Democrats, House versus Senate?

The Senate (Dems) sits on House (Reps) bills and won’t bring them up for vote.

The House adds amendments to Senate bills, so the Senate won’t get everything they want.

Wouldn’t it be simpler to not pass a Dem bill unless the Rep bill is voted on and visa ‘versa.

Great Read

Liberalism’s Willing Executioners

By Paul  Kengor

Here  at American Thinker last week, my friend Herb  Meyer wrote a piece that’s getting a lot of attention. He noted that as the  Obama administration erupts into scandal, we look everywhere for a smoking gun  leading back to the president. Don’t bother, cautions Meyer. If you study  history, you’ll realize few such documents ever materialize. The example he  cited has gotten much attention: “Very few people are aware of this, but there  is no document — not one — linking Adolf Hitler to the Holocaust. Why not?  Because Hitler didn’t need to sign a document ordering the slaughter of six  million Jews.” All that Hitler needed to do, notes Meyer, was demonize his  enemies and then hire thugs like Reinhard Heydrich, Heinrich Himmler, Adolf  Eichmann, and Josef Goebbels to do the rest. They knew what he wanted, and then  they handled the details.

Meyer  carefully warned that Obama and his minions are in no way comparable to Hitler  and his. “That’s absurd,” he writes. “I am merely pointing out that President  Obama has been going about the business of demonizing his political enemies, and  then hiring thugs to destroy them without regard to the law, in precisely the  same way that Hitler and his fascists did it in Germany. This isn’t an  accusation; it’s an observation.”

I  reiterate that caveat here. As Herb Meyer and I both know, it does a disservice  to the horrific evil orchestrated by the Nazis when analogies to the Holocaust  are misplaced or exaggerated. The analogy here, as Meyer says, is used merely to  drive home a point that people will understand.

With  that same caveat, I would like to pick up the analogy, because Meyer is indeed  on to something that should worry us greatly, especially given the political  psychology of American liberals.

A  book came out in 1996 called Hitler’s Willing Executioners, by Daniel  Goldhagen. The book remains controversial with (rightly so) plenty of  detractors. But Goldhagen’s principal argument has merit — namely, that Adolf  Hitler himself never killed a single Jew; rather, it took countless thousands  and millions of ordinary Germans to carry out — to execute — Hitler’s plan. In  this, Goldhagen was exactly right, and his observation ties back to Meyer’s  thesis and, more so, what I’ve long feared is happening with the American  Left.

What  Hitler and his minions did was thoroughly demonize their enemies, convincing the  German masses that Jews and other despised groups were subhuman,  untermenschen. A major factor in Hitler’s political advancement was his  amazing ability to fabricate an assortment of handy scapegoats for the nation’s  ills. He got away with blaming anyone but himself for whatever calamity or  misfortune. As he did, his followers assented, nodding their heads and bleating  like sheep.

What  the American Left has done to its enemies is not entirely dissimilar, even while  certainly not approaching the crass, deadly level of the Nazis. But whether it’s  Obama himself, or his campaign, or Media Matters or MoveOn.org or any number of  left-wing groups and websites and publications and media outlets, the American  Left has been merciless in thoroughly demonizing opponents. Liberals don’t just  politely disagree, or agree that people can disagree; no — too often they  caricature those who disagree as vile reprobates with no possible good  intentions or reasoning for their positions. It’s a very illiberal thing to  do.

Take  the Tea Party, for starters. Once they saw the Tea Party’s effectiveness,  especially after the 2010 midterm elections, liberals/”progressives” went on a  rampage, smearing the wide swath of Tea Party members (whom they probably never  met) as recalcitrant racists. It was a charge totally unfair and ludicrous. I  know people in the Tea Party. I watched the group develop. They are absolutely  not racists; they were driven completely by the fiscal madness of Obama and the  Pelosi Democratic Congress in the first six months of Obama’s presidency. But  once liberals starting ramping up their crude caricature, with congressmen and  NPR executives and respected left-wing journals of opinion like the New York  Times leading the way, the liberal mob responded in kind. Tea Party members were  labeled as the worst kind of “extremists.”

The  result was shocking to behold. Like wildfire, liberals/progressives everywhere  were swept up, fuming with anger and fanning the flames. They mimicked the party  line without any question whatsoever. They whipped themselves into an emotional  frenzy, convinced with absolute righteousness that this insidious group of  racists was trying to undermine the saintly, kindly Obama for no reason other  than the color of his skin.

As  conservatives, we saw from the outset that this was pure politics — actually,  pure political demagoguery. Conservative talk-shows played clips from select  liberals (such as Chuck Schumer) admitting as much. We saw right through it. But  liberals don’t think that way. They aren’t wired that way. They’re incredibly  emotional people who can be easily prodded by their party/ideological elite,  especially with the spontaneity and instant communication of social media — the  new mother’s milk of the liberal mob. They really are prone to fads and fashions  and mass behavior in ways that conservatives plainly aren’t. I’ve seen it again  and again. Conservatives aren’t perfect, and have their own quirks and vices,  but they don’t tend toward this kind of group thinking and collective action.  For conservatives, the ability to think logically and independently, based upon  beliefs and values deeper and timeless, and to not be seduced by what Pope  Benedict XVI calls the “anonymous power” of the latest fads and fashions, is  what makes them conservative to begin with.

And  so, when word was out among the Left that the Tea Party was comprised of genuine  evildoers, the wider liberal masses, whether at blogs and nonprofits and  Facebook or working for the IRS not only responded; they retaliated. They acted  naturally. They didn’t need Obama to tell them what to do. Exactly as Herb Meyer  says, there was never any need for a printed order from Obama.

Tea  Party aside, the American Left is also viciously targeting those who dare to  oppose gay marriage. Here, too, liberals/progressives refuse to agree to  disagree. Those who stand for traditional marriage as people have understood it  since the literal dawn of humanity are framed as awful people, as intolerant  “haters,” almost subhuman in their lack of compassion. They are a form of modern  American untermesnchen, utterly despised —  contemptible.

When  an Oregon couple, a baker and his wife, declined to make a wedding cake for two  members of the same sex, the apostles of tolerance and diversity went screaming  mad, attacking the couple with profanities and threatening lawsuits — with no  respect at all for the couples’ freedom. “You stupid bible thumping,  hypocritical [expletive],” wrote  one loving liberal in an email.  “I hope your kids get really, really, sick  and you go out of business.” Another champion of compassion added: “Here’s  hoping you go out of business, you bigot. Enjoy hell.”

Organizations  trying to stop gay marriage — that is, trying to stop the redefinition of  marriage, and believe that children need a mom and a dad — are being derided as  “hate groups.”

A  near-tragic example happened with the Family Research Council, which was labeled  a “hate group.” I know people at the Family Research Council. They are  good-hearted, classic social conservatives. Their social positions aren’t  different from where the Democratic Party stood for over a  century.

But  once an organization of “civil rights” liberals labeled the Family Research  Council a “hate group,” the charge went viral, and then, one  fateful day last August, an enraged homosexual activist headed for the  group’s offices with an arsenal of bullets and weapons poorly concealed in  Chick-fil-A bags. He was stopped only by an alert security guard, who was shot  and injured.

This  left-wing gay activist, convinced that the Family Research Council was  promulgating “hate,” was prompted to an act of attempted mass  murder.

This  example should be widely known. It isn’t. Why not? Because the mainstream media  hasn’t made it a national issue. If this had been a conservative shooter  targeting a liberal organization, with a conservative president in the White  House, all of conservatism would be held complicit, and the media would demand  the president condemn the action. There would be a national media campaign  against “conservative extremism.”

Speaking  of Chick-fil-A, it, too, has been a target of leftist rage: boycotts, protests,  pickets, mayors of big cities trying to ban the restaurant and describing its  product as “hate chicken.” Why? Simply because the CEO is against gay marriage,  which not long ago was the position of Bill and Hillary Clinton and the entire  Democratic Party.

Beyond  Chick-fil-A, look at the Left’s Occupy Wall Street brigades. Here again, there  was no edict from Barack Obama or David Axelrod to organize these people.  Nonetheless, plenty of incessant Obama demonization of “profits,” corporate  “jet-owners,” nefarious “millionaires and billionaires,” big banks, big oil,  those not paying their “fair share,” and, of course, the monsters on “Wall  Street,” did the trick. The “progressive” mob sprung into action. In no time,  they were marching not only on Wall Street but on front lawns of corporate CEOs  — a very volatile situation.

And  then there’s the hideous charge that Republicans who oppose mandatory taxpayer  funding of abortion somehow thus favor a “war on women.” Sandra Fluke has become  a liberal heroine for that cultural/political obscenity.

Enough  said. On and on it goes. I could give countless examples, some of them personal.  We all can. Any conservative can.

In  sum, these leftists are Obama’s and (more widely) liberalism’s willing  executioners. They obviously aren’t literally executing people — although that  was indeed the literal intent of the Family Research Council gunman — but they  are executing what they believe is a glorious plan for the fundamental  transformation of America. They are willingly executing Obama’s agenda and their  agenda. Any opponents are isolated as enemies and maligned in the most demeaning  way.

And  what does this mean? Among other things, it means that liberals really do need  to be damned careful about what they’re doing here. There are seriously  disturbing consequences to their systematic demonization of anyone who disagrees  with them. This is becoming truly dangerous. Lives and careers will be  destroyed.

Unfortunately,  my warning will fall on deaf ears. Being driven by emotion to begin with, and  then easily whipped into hysteria, liberals will reject my warning out of hand.  After all, in their view, I’m defending the indefensible: vile racists and  haters who are loathsome, have no dignity, and deserve to be ruined. On top of  that, I’ll be lucky if a hundred liberals even read this article and take it  seriously.

In  short, this country is in really bad shape. The America we knew is gone; it is  over. This new breed of leftist is ascendant and angry, and changing the country  and the culture in the process. The results are not pretty. Things are only  going to get worse

Government Does It!

———-1. Americans spend $36,000,000 at Wal-Mart Every hour of every day.
2. This works out to $20,928 profit every minute!
3. Wal-Mart will sell more from January 1 to St. Patrick’s Day (March 17th) than Target sells all year.
4. Wal-Mart is bigger than Home Depot + Kroger + Target +Sears + Costco + K-Mart combined.
5. Wal-Mart employs 1.6 million people, is the world’s largest private employer, and most speak English.
6. Wal-Mart is the largest company in the history of the world.
7. Wal-Mart now sells more food than Kroger and Safeway combined, and keep in mind they did this in only fifteen years.
8. During this same period, 31 big supermarket chains sought bankruptcy.
9. Wal-Mart now sells more food than any other store in the world.
10. Wal-Mart has approx 3,900 stores in the USA of which 1,906 are Super Centers; this is 1,000 more than it had five years ago.
11. This year 7.2 billion different purchasing experiences will occur at Wal-Mart stores. (Earth’s population is approximately 6.5 Billion.)
12. 90% of all Americans live within fifteen miles of a Wal-Mart.
You may think that I am complaining, but I am really laying the ground work for suggesting that MAYBE we should hire the guys who run Wal-Mart to fix the economy.
This should be read and understood by all Americans? Democrats, Republicans, EVERYONE!!
To President Obama and all 535 voting members of the Legislature
It is now official that the majority of you are corrupt and ineffective:
a.. The U.S. Postal Service was established in 1775. You have had 237 years to get it right and it is broke.
b.. Social Security was established in 1935. You have had 77 years to get it right and it is broke.
c.. Fannie Mae was established in 1938. You have had 74 years to get it right and it is broke.
d.. War on Poverty started in 1964. You have had 48 years to get it right; $1 trillion of our money is confiscated each year and transferred to “the poor” and they only want more.
e.. Medicare and Medicaid were established in 1965. You have had 47 years to get it right and they are broke.
f.. Freddie Mac was established in 1970. You have had 42 years to get it right and it is broke.
g.. The Department of Energy was created in 1977 to lessen our dependence on foreign oil. It has ballooned to 16,000 employees with a budget of $24 billion a year and we import more oil than ever before. You had 35 years to get it right and it is an abysmal failure.
You have FAILED in every “government service” you have shoved down our throats while overspending our tax dollars.

AND YOU WANT AMERICANS TO BELIEVE YOU CAN BE TRUSTED WITH A GOVERNMENT-RUN HEALTH CARE SYSTEM??
Folks, keep this circulating. It is very well stated. Maybe it will end up in the e-mails of some of our “duly elected’ (they never read anything) and their staff will clue them in on how Americans feel.

AND We have lost our minds to “Political Correctness” !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We’re “broke” & can’t help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless etc.,???????????

In the last months we have provided aid to Haiti ,Egypt, Chile , Japan and Turkey ..And Pakistan ……..previous home of Bin Laden. Literally, BILLIONS of DOLLARS!!!
Our retired seniors living on a ‘fixed income’ receive no extra aid nor do they get any special breaks–nadda beyond shopping discounts…

AND Congress wants to freeze Social Security payments

You do know that Congress voted themselves a pay raise for 2013???

Ripe=Rotten

When we think of ripe fruit in reality what we desire is fruit that has begin to rot. As fruit goes from growing to maturity in size, it then starts to convert it’s meat to sugars and is in a dying cycle. Always look for fresh rotting fruit if you want the best tasting stuff.

IRS-EPA-OSHA

We have not even scratched the surface on mis-use of power and tax dollars. Finally politicians are doing their job, that being running government and holding people responsible for their job.

If they had been doing this all along, we wouldn’t have all these problems.

What needs to be looked into;  Why does it take 3 employees to do the work of one? Why doesn’t the government shop at Walmart for supplies? When was the last time the government performed time studies on employees? Why do they still need conferences, meetings and training sessions away from the office, now that we have teleconferencing? When was the last time budgets were trimmed to weed out waste?

Then look into why they have departments that sole purpose is to take tax dollars sent in and send it back to the states?

We do not people sitting around in their office, campaigning, posing for the press and politicking, work for your money. Every employee should be held accountable for the work they do!

Off The Record

If the Attorney General or the President asks those reporting to them, to not tell them anything on the record, off the record first, and only  on the record after they told them off the record, if they want to be able to say they know.

This way they can deny any knowledge of something in particular because they were told off the record only.

Older

The average brain and body peaks between 45 – 50 years of age and then starts to decline.

That’s why companies impose retirement at 65 and many start replacing employees at 60 in high stress jobs.

At 70 the average brain cognitive powers are about 50% of what it was at 45.

That said, why do we allow politicians to serve past 65 years of age? Their problem solving skills at 75 are that of a 14 year old.

It’s time to replace all these old fogies with 45 year olds and get this country back to leading the world.

In China, if a woman has a baby out of wedlock she is fined at a rate of 6 years average income. Needless to say they aren’t burdened with a lot of single parents with kids that costs billions to help.

In our great country, the average child born to a single parent, cost the tax payers on average $250,000., until they reach 21 years of age.

Yes, Sorry for the mess

You will not understand.) You could hardly see for all the snow,
Spread the rabbit ears as far as they go. Pull a chair up to the TV set,
‘Good Night, David. Good Night, Chet.’ My Mom used to cut chicken, chop eggs and spread mayo on the same cutting board with the same knife and no bleach, but we did not seem to get food poisoning..
My Mom used to defrost hamburger on the counter and I used to eat it raw sometimes, too.  Our school sandwiches were wrapped in wax paper in a brown paper bag, not in ice pack coolers, but I cannot remember getting e. Coli. Almost all of us would have rather gone swimming in the lake instead of a pristine pool (talk about boring), no beach closures then.
The term cell phone would have conjured up a phone in a jail cell, and a pager was the school PA system.

We all took gym, not PE…and risked permanent injury with a pair of high top Keds (only worn in gym) instead of having cross-training athletic shoes with air cushion soles and built in light reflectors.  I cannot recall any injuries, but they must have happened because they tell us how much safer we are now. Flunking gym was not an option….. Even for stupid kids!  I guess PE must be much harder than gym.
Speaking of school, we all said prayers and sang the National Anthem, and staying in detention after school caught all sorts of negative attention.
We must have had horribly damaged psyches.  What an archaic health system we had then.  Remember school nurses?  Ours wore a hat and everything.
I thought that I was supposed to accomplish something before I was allowed to be proud of myself.
I just cannot recall how bored we were without computers, Play Station, Nintendo, X-box or 270 digital TV cable stations.
Oh yeah… And where was the Benadryl and sterilization kit when I got that bee sting?  I could have been killed!
We played ‘king of the hill’ on piles of gravel left on vacant construction sites, and when we got hurt, Mom pulled out the 48-cent bottle of mercurochrome (kids liked it better because it did not sting like iodine did) and then we got our butt spanked.
Now it is a trip to the emergency room, followed by a 10-day dose of a $49 bottle of antibiotics, and then Mom calls the attorney to sue the contractor for leaving a horribly vicious pile of gravel where it was such a threat.
(And we did not go to the doctor until something serious developed.  Those homemade remedies worked a lot better anyhow.)
We did not act up at the neighbor’s house either; because if we did we got our butt spanked there and then we got our butt spanked again when we got home.

I recall Donny Reynolds from next door coming over and doing his tricks on the front stoop, just before he fell off.
Little did his Mom know that she could have owned our house.
Instead, she picked him up and swatted him for being such a goof. It was a neighborhood run amuck.

To top it off, not a single person I knew had ever been told that they were from a dysfunctional family..
How could we possibly have known that?
We needed to get into group therapy and anger management classes.

Black & White TV

This is really great.enjoy….

Go all the way to the bottom past the pictures….. I think you will enjoy it.  Whoever wrote this must have been my next door neighbor, because it totally described my childhood to a ‘T.’  Hope you enjoy it.
Black and White
Black and White (Under age 40?

We were obviously so duped by so many societal ills, that we didn’t even notice that the entire country wasn’t taking Prozac!
How did we ever survive?

IRS Punishment

What will it take to stop accusatory audits, with out grounds, from rouge agents at the IRS, if no agents are fired and sent to prison this time around? Agents know their bounds and should never agree to cause harm to a citizen erroneously, whether being told to do so by a supervisor or by their own choice.

An audit can cost the tax payer or company ten’s of thousands of dollars in damage and destroy their reputation.

If IRS agents go unchecked this time around, it sends a message for all future agents, that you will only get your hand slapped if you act outside S.O.P. and cause harm to a company or person.

They must remain impartial and only pursue those cheating and lying.

WOW! Repost

Maple Creek Gunsmithing, a firearms store in Fremont, Nebraska, is claiming that Staples, the popular office supply chain, rejected a recent contest application from the shop — because Maple Creek sells guns.

The store, which is owned by Travis Vonseggern and Bill Jackson, recently applied for Staples’ PUSH It Forward Contest, an opportunity for small businesses to win cash to help pay for online marketing efforts. But Vonseggern and Jackson were purportedly sent a message explaining that they are ineligible

The alleged rejection e-mail that was sent by Staples and subsequently published on the Maple Creek Gunsmithing Facebook page reads:

We’re sorry, but your small business entry into the Staples PUSH It Forward Contest has been rejected* for the following reason(s):

Entry contains content that promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message; is obscene or offensive; or endorses any form of hate or hate group.

Please visit the Staples PUSH It Forward Contest if you wish to submit a new entry for your small business.

In a separate message, the gun shop owners described the disqualification and noted their dissatisfaction with Staples’ decision. In addition to decrying the rejection, Maple Creek Gunsmithing pledged to not do business with the chain again — and encouraged others to join in on the boycott.

The owners even put out a call to the community, asking for fans to suggest local office supply stores that they can do business with in the future.

“They went as far to say that they lump us in with illegal drug use. Wow we spent a ton of money with them and this is the support we get,” the post reads. “We are never spending a dime in that store again and would encourage you to do the same.”

IRS

How can a union employee perform a Federal job that requires no bias (political or otherwise) make unbiased decisions, when their union supports a particular candidacy in all  elections???

Plus, the IRS leaders are appointed by a particular political party, furthering a political influence in the Agency’s actions. Hire them from the private business field.

Maybe the IRS employees and the Union should not be allowed to participate in any political actions, be a member of any political party and not contribute to any organization.

NO BIAS!

RICO

I just read a story about drugs and gang control in Chicago and the inability for the police to do anything to stop it.

They can identify the gangs and the gang members, why can’t they charge a murder on the gang and put the whole gang in jail under the RICO statute? Arrest every member in their files, wearing colors or tattoos.

If they are over crowded build a tent city like AZ, 20,000 gang members in jail will stem the murder rate.

Maybe Chicago likes all the police activities, murders and addictions, after all plenty of police union jobs, means something.

I R S Fix

The easy way to fix the I R S from the inside up, is fire every agent and send them to prison for one year that conducted a targeted application, they knew they were doing wrong.

Then fire every supervisor/manager that these people worked for, under neglecting their duty.

Then rather then fire a given manager or supervisor, give them a demotion if they can identify a higher up that gave them direction to target applications.

The firing and/or prison terms of 500 I R S employees will go a long way to send a message to the other 200,000.

Health Care- Repost

health care????????

Posted on May 2, 2011 by admin

The Government can REFORM health care and reduce the costs to everybody by 25% in 4 years and stabilize the costs for the future.

We also need to cap medical mal-practice suits to out of pocket costs plus $500.000.

Share The Wealth

Here is an idea, cap corporate officers pay including bonuses at all corporate and partnerships to 20 times that of the average employee’s pay.

A corporation that has 10,000 employees and their average pay is $70,000., then no officer can make more than $100,000 X 20 = $2,000,000.

OR

Mom and pop grocery business, average employee makes $30,000, owners pay capped at  $30,000. X 20 = $600,000.

A Simple Solution

One simple change that would fix 30% of what is wrong with our government.

I Know Nothing

Why is it that our government, grants their employees immunity in performing their jobs and it takes 6 months and an act of congress to fire them?

The government will lay them off with pay, as the only punishment for doing a bad job or, they will transfer them to another job in a different department.

When the leaders, mangers and department heads are asked who in their department did something wrong they will defend the employees to great lengths, is that because employees possess knowledge  that could take them down.

Any organization that virtually guarantees a generous retirement plan in 20 years without the threat of loosing their jobs, could never be a productive operation.

Even with the over employment 50% of the employees need to be let go or replaced in order to reform the government!

I like this idea.

If you start with a cage containing five monkeys and inside the cage, hang

a banana on a string from the top and then you place a set of stairs under

the banana, before long a monkey will go to the stairs and climb toward

the banana.

As soon as he touches the stairs, you spray all the other monkeys with

cold water.

After a while another monkey makes an attempt with same result all the

other monkeys are sprayed with cold water. Pretty soon when other monkey

tries to climb the stairs, the other monkeys will try to prevent it.

Now, put the cold water away.

Remove one monkey from the cage and replace it with a new one.

The new monkey sees the banana and attempts to climb the stairs. To his

shock, all of the other monkeys beat the crap out of him.  After another attempt and attack, he knows that if he tries to climb the stairs he will be assaulted.

Next, remove another of the original five monkeys, replacing it with a new

one.

The newcomer goes to the stairs and is attacked. The previous newcomer

takes part in the punishment with enthusiasm, because he is now part

of the “team”.

Then, replace a third original monkey with a new one, followed by the

fourth, then the fifth. Every time the newest monkey takes to the stairs,

he is attacked.

Now, the monkeys that are beating him up have no idea why they were not

permitted to climb the stairs. Neither do they know why they are

participating in the beating of the newest monkey.

Finally, having replaced all of the original monkeys, none of the

remaining monkeys will have ever been sprayed with cold water.

Nevertheless, not one of the monkeys will try to climb the stairway for

the banana.

Why, you ask? Because in their minds…that is the way it has always been!

This, my friends, is how Parliament operates and this is why, from time

to time:

ALL of the monkeys need to be REPLACED AT THE SAME TIME.

Global Something

For 50 years now we have been paying dearly to lower our carbon dioxide emissions.

All gasoline engines cost 50% more than they need to and more than 75% higher cost to repair and maintain.

Electricity costs twice as much to produce and meet the pollution standards.

A C units, gasoline, water, pesticides, trash, all cost more because of green mentality.

Then I read this article today:

Carbon dioxide rises and falls on a seasonal cycle and the level will dip below 400 this summer, as leaf growth in the Northern Hemisphere pulls about 10 billion tons of carbon out of the air. But experts say that will be a brief reprieve — the moment is approaching when no measurement of the ambient air anywhere on earth, in any season, will produce a reading below 400.

Lets see, we have been cutting down billions of trees everywhere for the last 70 years, building shit.

Does anyone think that may have been the source of the elevated carbon dioxide?

Could we just plant 5 trees where none existed or have removed, for each car we buy.

South America, Africa, and most of the U.S. could handle an additional 10 billion trees.

Come on people, is there anyone left that thinks.

Lying

I despise lies, people who lie or people that say nothing to cover up the truth, I have even gave up friends because they lied.

That said, when the leaders of our Country lie to us and to the Congress and use terms like mis-spoke and accidental omission makes me sick to the stomach.

If this is allowed to go on unchecked, it negates our Constitution, way of life and opens the door to abuse of Government.

It’s up you! If you don’t demand that our leaders always tell the truth, and allow them to mis-speak and get away with it, you are the cause of what we will have left of America.

It is time to hold people to honesty and bring back trust in our Country!

Do You Know

The Senate Background check bill was loaded, Please read fully:

No wonder the Senate REJECTED this bill. You wonder why this information never makes the papers or TV news??….. Then again, I think we all know why it doesn’t!!!
The “most popular” part of the proposed Senate gun control bill (background checks) sounds like a good idea at first but is more restrictive than anyone anticipated and has significant unintended consequences.
There is a huge push to get it through Congress before the public has a chance to consider its contents.
Common activities that we take for granted will become federal crimes. These are not irresponsible exaggerations. Please take a moment to review some requirements of the bill.
EXAMPLE #1 Loaning your buddy a shotgun for a duck hunting trip will be considered a transfer. If the following requirements are not met, YOU HAVE BOTH COMMITTED A FEDERAL CRIME.
1. He must have already purchased his hunting license 2. Season is already open (and will not close before he returns it) 3. He cannot travel with the firearm through a county where season is not yet open or any area where hunting is prohibited and certainly not across a state line.
He CANNOT stop by your house on the day before season opens, pick up the shot gun, go to the sporting goods store to buy a license and shells then drive out to the hunting lease. In this scenario, YOU BOTH WOULD HAVE COMMITTED MULTIPLE FEDERAL CRIMES, YOUR WEAPONS WILL BE FORFEITED AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO BUY OR OWN A FIREARM.
EXAMPLE #2 It appears that only you may relocate your weapons. If your weapon leaves your home without you, the new legislation considers it a transfer of possession. ALL transfers require going through a firearms dealer, paying the transfer fee and a background check for the transferee.
Putting the weapon, even temporarily in someone else’s possession, requires a transfer through a dealer. There is no exception for putting them in a friend’s truck while moving to your new house or packing them unloaded, locked in a gunsafe into a moving truck.
Any scenario in which your weapon leaves your home without you is considered a transfer. Failure to properly transfer the weapon is a federal crime which can result in a prison term AND WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF YOUR WEAPON.
In the scenario above, your buddy’s truck was used to commit a federal crime and WILL BE CONFISCATED just like with current Fish and Game violations.
EXAMPLE #3 Infractions as above which involve 2 guns of any type are considered weapons trafficking. You will be prosecuted under the same federal laws as a terrorist arms dealer.
EXAMPLE #4 Any of the infractions above (or hundreds of other routine scenarios) may result in federal charges, confiscation of ALL your weapons and being prohibited, like all felons, from ever owning a weapon again.
Read the text of the bill yourself. Most of it is boring legalese but the sections on transfers and trafficking are critical.
Take a minute to think about all the routine activities like those above that will make you a federal criminal and result in prison time plus the confiscation of your weapons and other property.
A link to the bill is included below on the official Senate website. See Section 122 “Firearms Transfers”.
http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c113:S.649:
Read it and contact your Congressman’s office. Talk to their staff. Tell them how you feel about this.
Keep in mind, none of the above would have stopped the tragedies in Columbine or Newtown. The proposed law makes you a criminal and opens the door for confiscation of your weapons and property for otherwise routine activities.
Think and act. Congress is hoping that you will do neither.
If you found the patience to read the entire text, you also learned that $100 million per year of your tax money is set aside to enforce these restrictions. Finally, please forward this to your friends who may be affected.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), recently released an email sent to him by one of his constituency…
A member of our family is a Texas State Trooper.
He recently pulled over an 18 wheeler for a traffic incident and when he asked the driver what he was hauling, the driver said he didn’t know because it was owned by Homeland Security and he was not allowed to see it.
The trooper asked if he would like to take a peek in the trailer. Driver said sure – as long as you order me to open up.
They opened the trailer doors and observed, packed to the roof, road signs with the following message:
“Caution, this area under Marshall Law.”
Think hard about what that means.

Russia Has It!

Putin’s Speech on Feb. 04, 2013
Fat chance, but this is one time our elected leaders should pay attention to the advice of Vladimir Putin….how scary is that?
On February 4th, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma, (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia :
“In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia , to work and eat in Russia , should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, then we advise them to go to those places where that’s the state law. Russia does not need minorities. Minorities need Russia , and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell ‘discrimination’. We better learn from the suicides of America , England , Holland and France , if we are to survive as a nation. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of most minorities. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the national interest first, observing that the minorities are not Russians.
The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a standing ovation for five minutes.

100,000 Jobs

The Government could hire 2,500 temporary workers in each of the 50 states to work on the following and make money by doing it.

$7.9 Billion in Improper Social Security Payments in FY 2012

In fiscal year 2012, the Social Security Administration reported $4.7 billion in improper payments in the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program, a 9.2 percent improper payment rate. (SSI is funded by general tax revenues, not payroll taxes. It helps elderly, blind, and/or disabled people who are poor.)
SSA reported that it saves $5 for every $1 spent on SSI
redeterminations. SSA completed more than 2.4 million
redeterminations in FY2011 and 2.6 million in FY2012, and it plans to conduct more than 2.6 million in FY2013.
Not every SSI recipient undergoes a redetermination every year;
SSA uses a statistical scoring model to identify
which cases it will examine.

Sound familar

Take away their religion, their guns, their jobs and make them dependent on Government.

Notice how lately every little incident involving political correctness, religion, a Bible or gun gets national press?

Wait!

The Constitution, what made our country great is being dismantled before your eyes!

The Plan

Within 25 years, Muslims will take majority control of our Government, based on the current growth of Islam in the American population. Wow!

Ethanol

Ever wonder why corn derived ethanol got a Government subsidy to produce alcohol for fuel mixing, when sugar cane alcohol could be produced for a quarter of the cost? Or, beet sugar at half the cost!

Politics! They could give a S___ about economies. But their buddy’s and lobbyist are the ones whom matter.

Lawyers

Who would hire a lawyer who defended the Boston Bomber?

Wouldn’t it be unpatriotic!

Doesn’t the lawyer become a terrorist against America!

What if the lawyer finds a loop hole and the terrorist gets off!

Gun History

YOU GOTTA READ THIS. HOW TRUE
December 29, 2012 marked the 122nd Anniversary of the murder of 297 Sioux Indians at Wounded Knee Creek on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.  These 297 people, in their winter camp, were murdered by federal agents and members of the 7th Cavalry who had come to confiscate their firearms “for their own safety and protection”.  The slaughter began after the majority of the Sioux had peacefully turned in their firearms.  The Calvary began shooting, and managed to wipe out the entire camp.  Two hundred of the 297 victims were women and children.  About 40 members of the 7th Cavalry were killed, but over half of them were victims of fratricide from the Hotchkiss guns of their overzealous comrades-in-arms.  Twenty members of the 7th Cavalry’s death squad were deemed “National Heroes” and were awarded the Medal of Honor for their acts of ‘heroism’.
We hear very little of Wounded Knee today.  It is usually not mentioned in our history classes or books.  What little that does exist about Wounded Knee is normally a sanitized “Official Government Explanation”.  And there are several historically inaccurate depictions of the events leading up to the massacre which appear in movie scripts and are not the least bit representative of the actual events that took place that day.
Wounded Knee was among the first federally backed gun confiscation attempts in United States history.  It ended in the senseless murder of 297 people.
Before you jump on the emotionally charged bandwagon for gun-control, take a moment to reflect on the real purpose of the Second Amendment, the right of the people to take up arms in defense of themselves, their families, and property in the face of an invading army or an oppressive government.  The argument that the Second Amendment only applies to hunting and target shooting is asinine.  When the United States Constitution was drafted, hunting was an everyday chore carried out by men and women to put meat on the table each night and target shooting was an unheard of concept.  Musket balls were a precious commodity and were certainly not wasted on target shooting.  The Second Amendment was written by people who fled oppressive and tyrannical regimes in Europe and it refers to the right of American citizens to be armed, should such tyranny arise in the United States.
As time goes forward, the average citizen in the United States continually loses little chunks of personal freedom or “liberty”.  Far too many times, unjust gun control bills were passed and signed into law under the guise of “for your safety or protection”.  The Patriot Act signed into law by G.W. Bush, was expanded and continues under Barack Obama.  It is just one of many examples of American citizens being stripped of their rights and privacy.  Now, the Right to Keep and Bear Arms is on the table and will most likely be attacked to facilitate the path for the removal of our firearms, all in the name of safety.
Before we blindly accept whatever new firearms legislation that is about to be doled out, we should stop and think about something for just one minute.  Evil does exist in our world. It always has and always will.  Throughout history evil people have committed evil acts.  In the Bible one of the first stories is that of Cain killing Abel.  We cannot legislate evil into extinction.  Good people will abide by the law and the criminal element will not.
Evil exists all around us, but looking back at the historical record of the past 200 years, across the globe, evil and malevolence is most often found in the hands of those with the power, the governments.  That greatest human tragedies on record and the largest loss of innocent human life can be attributed to governments.  Who do the governments always target?  Scapegoats and enemies within their own border, but only after they have been disarmed to the point where they are no longer a threat.  Ask any Native American, and they will tell you it was inferior technology and lack of arms that contributed to their demise.  Ask any Armenian why it was so easy for the Turks to exterminate millions of them and they will answer “We were disarmed before it happened”.  Ask any Jew what Hitler’s first step prior to the mass murders of the Holocaust was.  The confiscation of firearms from the people.
Wounded Knee is the prime example of why the Second Amendment exists and why we should vehemently resist any attempts to infringe on our Rights to Bear Arms.  Without the Second Amendment we will be stripped of any ability to defend ourselves.
According to the left wing zealots we have in politics……. We’re not supposed to judge all Muslims by the acts of a few “crazies”. But the acts of a few American crazies is enough to judge all Americans who own guns!

Green Huggers

This article blows holes in the “Go Green” crowd.  The tree huggers haven’t a leg to stand on.

The Carbon Myth,  read on.

Where Does the Carbon Really Come From?

Professor Ian Plimer could not have said it better! If you’ve read his book you will agree, this is a good summary.

Okay, here’s the bombshell. The volcanic eruption in Iceland, since its first spewing of volcanic ash, in just FOUR DAYS, NEGATED EVERY SINGLE EFFORT you have made in the past five years to control CO2emissions on our planet – all of you.

Of course you know about this evil carbon dioxide that we are trying to suppress – it’s that vital chemical compound that every plant requires to live and grow and to synthesize into oxygen for us humans and all animal life.

I know, it’s very disheartening to realize that all of the carbon emission savings you have accomplished while suffering the inconvenience and expense of: driving Prius hybrids, buying fabric grocery bags, sitting up till midnight to finish your kid’s “The Green Revolution” science project, throwing out all of your non-green cleaning supplies, using only two squares of toilet paper, putting a brick in your toilet tank reservoir, selling your SUV and speedboat, vacationing at home instead of abroad, nearly getting hit every day on your bicycle, replacing all of your 50 cents light bulbs with $10.00 light bulbs …well, all of those things you have done have all gone down the tubes in just four days.

The volcanic ash emitted into the Earth’s atmosphere in just four days – yes – FOUR DAYS ONLY by that volcano in Iceland, has totally erased every single effort you have made to reduce the evil beast, carbon. And there are around 200 active volcanoes on the planet spewing out this crud at any one time – EVERY DAY.

I don’t really want to rain on your parade too much, but I should mention that when the volcano Mt Pinatubo erupted in the Philippines in 1991, it spewed out more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere than the entire human race had emitted in all its years on earth. Yes folks, Mt Pinatubo was active for over one year – think about it.

Of course I shouldn’t spoil this touchy-feely tree-hugging moment and mention the effect of solar and cosmic activity and the well-recognized 800-year global heating and cooling cycle, which keeps happening, despite our completely insignificant efforts to affect climate change.

And I do wish I had a silver lining to this volcanic ash cloud but the fact of the matter is that the bush fire season across the western USA and Australia this year alone will negate your efforts to reduce carbon in our world for the next two to three years. And it happens every year.

Just remember that your government just tried to impose a whopping carbon tax on you on the basis of the bogus human-caused climate change scenario.

Hey, isn’t it interesting how they don’t mention Global Warmingany more, but just Climate Change – you know why? It’s because the planet has COOLED by 0.7 degrees in the past century and these global warming bull artists got caught with their pants down.

And just keep in mind that you might yet have an Emissions Trading Scheme – that whopping new tax – imposed on you, that will achieve absolutely nothing except make you poorer. It won’t stop any volcanoes from erupting, that’s for sure.

But hey, relax, give the world a hug and have a nice day!

Comets is a Comming

I can’t get the recent comet activity out of my mind, seems small ( 5 or 6 ), but, then why only a few? If these are remnants of the Big Bang, then this is only the warning shots.

Millions, Billions of pieces of rock, mud , metal or whatever are screaming through space and may be heading our way!

After all, what’s the likelihood that only a couple hits or near by misses is going to be the end?

Irony Of Welfare

Who would have Thunk it, Our tax dollars go to the less fortunate, in the way of welfare, and that money is used to kill the tax payers.

Boston bombers use the Welfare system to help them acquire the materials to build the bombs. They were grateful enough that they tried to kill hundreds of Americans, what a Country.

Spectrum=$$$$

If one could find FCC cellular frequency licenses to build another A T & T or Verizon cell system, at todays costs, the Licenses cost alone would be over $150 Billion. The hardware, labor and materials to build out the system would take another $250 Billion. Barrowing that amount of money, to build a competing system would leave you with an annual debt service of $20 Billion, equivalent to the net profit of T or VZ.

Sprint is the only other cell company that could ever compete, providing they can continue to barrow the money to chase the big guys without going under.
