NTSB is suggesting lowering the blood alcohol level to .05 claiming it could save 1000 lives a year.
What they don’t mention is the loss of $10-$20 billion in lost income per year for spirits manufacturers and restaurant and tavern businesses. Not to mention the corresponding jobs>
