I just read a story about drugs and gang control in Chicago and the inability for the police to do anything to stop it.
They can identify the gangs and the gang members, why can’t they charge a murder on the gang and put the whole gang in jail under the RICO statute? Arrest every member in their files, wearing colors or tattoos.
If they are over crowded build a tent city like AZ, 20,000 gang members in jail will stem the murder rate.
Maybe Chicago likes all the police activities, murders and addictions, after all plenty of police union jobs, means something.
