By the very definition fair, equal and balanced, dosn’t one come up with the same percentage not the amount?

Not Fair

  •  Person A makes $30,000 a year and pays $10,000 in tax.
  •  Person B makes $250,000 a year and pays $10,000 in tax.

Fair

  • Person A makes $30,000 a year and pays 15% in taxes or $4,500 in tax.
  • Person B makes $250,000 a year and pays 15% in taxes or $37,500 in tax.

Politician Fair

  • Person A makes $30,000 a year and pays $0. in taxes.
  • Person B makes $250,000 a year and pays $95,000 in taxes.

The harder you work, the more you should be punished!
