Why in the world would any school offer teachers tenure?
It demotivates teachers from acheiving higher and higher performance.
Allows teachers kick back in their older years.
Protects them from being fired for multiple minor infractions.
Contributes nothing to better education.
Allows radical thinking teachers to convey their thoughts to studants.
WHY?
