This branch of Government is either under staffed, under funded, corrupt or incompetent. If it was doing their job we would see all the inefficient, waste and over spending in the news everyday. Only the government can hire 20 people to do the jobs of 5 in private world. Only the government can spend $3.00 for a roll of toilet paper! Only the government can spend $1.90 for a bottle of water and we buy 30 bottles at Aldi’s for $2.00 a case.
