Medicare For All

Bernie’s Plan: Cover 323,000,000 people’s medical

There are 55,000,000 people, including children,  in America that can not afford medical insurance, 5,000,000 that

refuse to buy health insurance (gamblers) and 32,000,000 non-citizens (off the books) that would

be covered by Medicare For All. 92,000,000 people that would receive free medical insurance.

It is estimated to cost $8,000. a year  to cover an individual under the Medicare For All plan.

$8,000. X 92,000,000 = $736,000,000,000. per year the government needs to find money to cover.

That leaves 230,000,000 people to pay for their Medicare, which may be cheaper than what they

are currently paying for private insurance. Plus, the 230,000,000, including children, would be required to pay additional taxes of $736,000,000,000. or $3,200. per tax payer to cover all those that get free Medicare. As children don’t pay for Medicare that would leave approximately 130,000,000 adult tax payers to pay an additional $266. every month.
