NOAA FARCE

NOAA claims it needs $20,000,000. More money to install carbon monitoring equipment in aircraft to more accurately study climate dangers. If climate change is so important why don’t they divert the money from their existing budget? If climate change is so serious nothing in their budget can be more important then doing this!
