The U.S. needs to send in the armed drones to Syria, Iraq and Libya. 100 drones flying 24/7 over these countries with the operators receiving $100. for each video verified kill would eliminate 95% of the ISIL members in these countries. When they can’t go out into the street and generate money, steal food or intimidate civilians without being killed maybe they will just starve to death. Targeting when they are sleeping would get a 50% bonus. We have enough CIA and other military intelligence on the ground to bring this s__t to an end in 9 months.
After that, leave the drones in the area and include Afghanistan until they demonstrate their governments are peaceful and stable. Minimum risk of loss of life and cost of war!
I honestly believe their recruiting efforts would disappear within the first 6 months. They have helped us by assimilating all these radical Islamist to just 3 or 4 countries why not take advantage of it before they all spread out across the world.
Their ranks are currently only between 30,000-40,000 right now, if they are allowed to terrorize the world they will attract millions more fringe Muslims.
Without intimidation they are just a bunch of mentally impaired animals.
