What does it mean, if you reform something you usually make it better, but, for who?
Every politician says they are for reform and long as there are no specifics to it!
Put simply we are talking about making half of Mexico and South America U.S. citizens.
Unless we design a very narrowly specific set of rules and build a 50 foot high wall across the south boarder, nothing will work.
