If they would raise the minimum wage for ALL workers, to be fair, there would not be any work for non-Americans.
After all who would hire a non-English speaking tomato picker when it cost you the same as a English speaking one.
Or, why would you raise the minimum wage for fast food workers and not for farm workers, the farm workers have harder work to do, talk about discrimination?
