If you are a worker in a factory, where the employees are asked to vote on whether they want union representation or not, a 51% win is not fair.
A 10,000 worker plant means 4,999 workers would be affected one way or another. That’s one person being sick during the vote, would change the lives of 10,000.
The vote should be 66% to make it fair, that way no 1 or 2 people are impacting the lives of everyone else.
